REGISTRATION: - Registration forms must be completed, signed and dated by the dancer’s parent or guardian. TUITION: - There is no adjustment in tuition for absences or holidays. - Please make checks payable to: AADF and place check and payment coupon in the black box at the office window. - Please get a receipt for cash payments at the time of payment. - No credit card or debit payments can be accepted. - June tuition is collected with the first month’s payment. - For bookkeeping purposes, you must notify the studio in writing should you decide to drop or add a class. - You will be charged for all registered classes until written notice is received. HAIR AND ATTIRE: - Shoes: Check with your teacher for color and style before purchasing new tap or jazz shoes. - Hair must be pulled up off the neck - The uniform is a black leotard, pink tights and pink ballet slippers. TEACHER CONFERENCES: - Please email your teacher if you have any questions about your child’s class so that there are no class interruptions. - Conferences will always be held in private. - Conferences cannot be held during class time. FILE FOLDERS/COMMUNICATION: Each student has a file folder in the file cabinet in the studio waiting room. All studio information and important dates will be placed in each dancer’s folder. Remember to check your file folders every time you’re at the studio for current events!
Studio Policies & Information
- Please keep us informed of your current phone numbers and notify the studio in advance if you move.
-Tuition is due on the 1st of each month.
- A $20.00 late fee will automatically be charged on your account if not
received by the 10th.
CLASS CANCELLATIONS:
Classes that drop below the minimum number of students required may be subject to cancellation.
DROPPING OR ADDING CLASSES:
General Classes:
- All classes are required to wear a leotard and tights with proper shoes for each
class.
Ballet and Pre-school Classes:
- Hair must be in a bun.
- Conferences can be arranged with your teacher.
